To streamline operations and maintain service standards, we have a clear Pallet Policy in place. All consignments must be securely palletised using industry-standard pallets unless otherwise agreed. Pallet exchange services can be arranged upon request. Please ensure all pallets are clearly labelled, structurally sound, and meet the agreed-upon specifications. Non-compliant pallets may result in additional handling fees.

Our pricing includes a fixed Fuel Levy of 20%. It enables us to maintain service levels without compromising operational efficiency.

We are licensed and equipped to handle Dangerous Goods in compliance with Australian Dangerous Goods (ADG) Code standards. It is essential that all dangerous goods are declared, packaged, and labelled correctly prior to pickup. Undeclared or improperly prepared dangerous goods pose significant risks and will not be accepted for transport. Contact us for guidance on compliant shipping of hazardous items.

All freight transported by P & C General Carriers is subject to our standard Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
