All freight transported by P & C General Carriers is subject to our standard Terms and Conditions of Carriage. The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding pickup, delivery, and the nature of the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to, prohibited items, unsafe or illegal contents, or unreasonable delivery requests.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure goods are appropriately packaged and labelled.
Declare the nature and value of the goods accurately.
Provide proper access and authorization for pickup and delivery.
5. Liability and Insurance
The Company’s liability is limited to the direct loss or damage to goods caused by its negligence, subject to a maximum value agreed upon in writing.
No liability is accepted for loss or damage due to insufficient packaging, mislabelling, or inherent defects in the goods.
Customers are encouraged to arrange adequate insurance coverage for high-value goods.
6. Prohibited Goods
Customers must not ship:
Hazardous materials
Illegal substances or contraband
Perishable goods (unless pre-arranged)
Live animals (unless agreed in writing)
7. Charges and Payment
Quotes are based on the information provided and may change if additional services are required.
Payment terms are as agreed upon with the Customer. Late payments may incur interest or penalties.
All charges are subject to applicable taxes and surcharges.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made within a reasonable time prior to the scheduled service.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the nature of the cancellation and any work already performed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
P & C General Carriers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.
10. Privacy
